Women’s mental health is a highly stigmatized problem in the United States. Many women avoid getting help because they do not want to be seen as ”crazy.” What many women don’t know about women’s mental health is that having an anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) or obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is not as uncommon as it was once thought, nor is it a death warrant.
